How do I sign up for Online and Mobile Banking?

As a result of BloomBank's merger into MutualBank, all of BloomBank's online and mobile banking services became unavailable as of 4PM on April 20th. Beginning April 23rd at 8AM, BloomBank customers will be able to log into and use MutualBank's Online Banking and mobile apps. See below for instructions regarding your username and password.

If you WERE signed up for BloomBank's Online Banking

If you were signed up for BloomBank's Online Banking, your account will automatically transfer over to MutualBank's Online Banking. However, please  view details here about your username and password and how they may change. To sign into our Online Banking,  visit here. Note that 98 days of BloomBank transaction history will be available within MutualBank's Online Banking and the MutualBank app.

If you WEREN'T signed up for BloomBank's Online Banking

If you currently do not have Online or Mobile Banking with BloomBank, but would like to enroll in MutualBank’s Personal Online or Mobile Banking, simply enroll here or via the MutualBank mobile app. See below for instructions on how to download our mobile app. Enrollment will not be available for current BloomBank customers until Monday, April 23, 2018 after 8:00am EST.

How to download the MutualBank app

Visit the Apple App Store™ or  Google Play Store™ and search for "MutualBank" to download the app. You may go ahead and download the MutualBank app today and will be able to access it beginning Monday, April 23, 2018. You will use the same username and password that you receive for Online Banking to access MutualBank’s Mobile App or you can enroll for the first time via the mobile app.
