Will my scheduled payments continue?

MutualBank is taking great care to ensure minimal disruption to any of the payment options you currently use. Below is a guide to help you understand how MutualBank will be handling payments you may have in place with BloomBank. For specific concerns or questions regarding MutualBank’s payment options, please feel free to call our Customer Support Center at 800-382-8031.

Bill Payment 

Customers enrolling and using Bill Pay as of April 19, 2018, will have all of their scheduled bill payments, as well as established payees, converted to their new MutualBank online banking and Bill Pay. This will be accessible to BloomBank customers as of April 23, 2018, at 8:00 am est. We encourage you to review your pay schedule and payee details.

Automatic Loan Payments 

Customers who established an electronic monthly loan payment as part of their original loan from a BloomBank checking or savings account to a BloomBank loan will not need to take any action as this convenient payment option will be converted as part of your new MutualBank account. You can contact us at any time to take control of your automatic payments and set them up through MutualBank’s online banking.
Automatic payments set up through BloomBank’s online banking to or from external accounts will not convert and need to be set up through MutualBank’s online banking.  

Other Scheduled Payments 

If you have payments set up with a BloomBank debit card, you will need to enter your new MutualBank debit card information after April 23, 2018, in order to prevent the transaction from declining. If you have loan payments originating from another bank to pay your BloomBank loan, you will need to update your loan number with that originating financial institution.
