Will my business online banking user name and password change?

If you are currently enrolled in Business Online Banking with BloomBank, your username will stay the same* but you will be issued a temporary password.

*Your username will remain the same unless yours does not meet the following criteria:

  • No spaces
  • All lowercase
  • 19 characters or less

If your existing username is “Jane Doe”, your username with MutualBank will be “jane_doe”

  • Spaces will turn into an underscore “_”
  • All uppercase letters will turn into lowercase letters
  • If your current username is longer than 19 characters, contact us at 800-382-8031

Your temporary password will be:  Abcd####!

#### are the last four digits of your Employer Identification Number (EIN). You will be prompted to change this temporary password upon logging in for the first time.

Users with ACH and Wire Origination through Online Banking will have a more secure login with the added security of tokens. MutualBank Business Services Officers will help get these customers signed in for the first time. Starting at the end of March, bank employees will be contacting those users to provide the tokens.
