What if I did not receive my new debit card and checks?
If you do not receive your new debit card and checks by Monday, April 16, 2018, please contact us at 800-382-8031 or visit a financial center convenient for you. MutualBank financial centers can provide a new debit card on or after April 23, 2018. Find a financial center near you at bankwithmutual.com/locations. Just a reminder, you will use your BloomBank debit card over the weekend of April 20-23, 2018 until 8:00 am est when BloomBank cards will be deactivated. For your protection, please shred your existing BloomBank ATM/debit card at this time.
